Notification of a formulation to the Poison Center Notification (PCN)

If your formulation has a CLP classification, you must report the product to the Poison Information Center. Nowadays, these notifications are processed centrally via ECHA's European PCN Application Portal. The toxicity data and the first aid measures are reported and it is indicated in which countries the formulation is marketed.

The PCN Notification contains a unique number (UFI Code) that must also be stated on the label of the product.
